Writers and poets with great lyrical power and a Midas torch on poetry are invited to pay the last respect to African quintessential poet, Maya Angelou.
Maya was an African- American author, poet, dancer, actress, and singer. She published seven autobiographies, three books of essays, and several books of poetry, and was credited with a list of plays, movies, and television shows spanning more than 50 years.
The poetry anthology titled ‘The Phenomenal Woman Poetry Collaboration’, is to be released in September 2014.
