Its good news for windows phone users and global instant messaging service Blackberry Messenger (BBM) will be debuting in July.

This was revealed by John Chen, CEO of Blackberry at the Blackberry’s Earnings call and Shareholders meeting.

BBM, long limited to BlackBerry devices alone, was downloaded more than 10 million times in the first 24 hours it was available for Android and iOS, in October 2013. The app does what you’d expect, allowing users to shoot messages, files, and pictures back and forth, complete with indicators when an message has been read or is in the process of being responded to.

BBM Icon for Windows PhoneBlackberry phone sales have dropped to 2.6 million devices. The company sold 3.4 million units of her devices in the first quarter of 2014 and 6.8 million in the second quarter a year ago.
